One of the recommendations must come from a teacher, and one from a coach. Both recommendations must include the reference’s name, address, telephone number, and information regarding how long and in what capacity he or she has known the applicant and a narrative describing the writer’s perception of the ability of the student to succeed in their post-high school endeavor as well as insight regarding the candidate’s integrity.

Provide a one page typed essay, titled: “How Sahuaro High School Sports have helped me overcome an obstacle that would have prevented me from going to college”
