Phoebe went on to the University of Arizona after graduating from Sahuaro. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology in 1990 and in 1997 earned her Master’s Degree from NAU in Educational Leadership. She is currently working on her PhD with a plan to graduate in 2008.
Phoebe has held several positions at the University of Arizona and since 2004 she has been an Assistant Athletic Director for Community Relations and the Jim Click Hall of Champions.
Some of her responsibilities include developing, designing, and implementing a public relations campaign for Arizona Athletics, manages more than 50 special events per calendar year, advisor for the cheerleading and mascot program including budget, coaches, student-athletes, and community outreach; supervises two Directors, an Office Specialist Senior, a Cheerleading Coach, and 14 interns; solicits donations; cultivates relationships with campus alumni, alumni letter winners, donors and fans; is responsible for organizing and communicating with basketball alumni who have played professionally and returned to campus for the Lute Olson All-Star Classic; and acts as the community liaison for the department.

Phoebe is also affiliated with many professional organizations including the National Association of Collegiate Women Athletic Administrators and the American Association of Cheerleading Coaches and Advisors. In her spare time, Phoebe is President/Owner of Classic Reunion and Events, LLC. Her company plans and coordinates all aspects of special events such as class reunions, corporate dinners, weddings, etc.
