Coach Eustice’s contributions to Sahuaro during his 21 years here were many; he was named Arizona Coach of the Year three times, won 446 games, and guided Sahuaro to three Arizona class 5A state championships. In addition, his leadership was hugely important in the achievement of two State runners-up, 14 League wins and 16 Division Championships.
But more than that, he was known for his poise in the classroom as a Chemistry teacher with a Masters of Education from the University of Arizona. His spirit and generosity live on through his contributions to the lives of his students, players and family.
Coach Eustice passed away on June 18 1991.
