Nominations for Hall of Fame

• Objective: To preserve the heritage of Sahuaro High School and honor significant contributors such as alumni, faculty, staff, and friends who demonstrate strong character, integrity, and citizenship.
• Eligibility: Nominations are accepted year-round, with nominees considered for up to three years. Re-nomination is required if not selected within this period. The individual must not have been convicted of or have pled guilty to any felony criminal activity. 
• Categories: Contributions to the school, the foundation, local community, and at state or national levels. Nominees must show sustained superior performance and ethical conduct.
• Waiting Period:
  • Alumni – 10 years post-graduation
  • Faculty/Staff – 5 years post-employment
  • Parent – 5 years post last child's graduation
  • Groups – 10 years post youngest member's graduation

Nomination Requirements

1. Form: Complete this form.
2. Recommendations: Up to two letters of recommendation.
3. Support Materials: Limit to six pages of relevant documents (e.g., resumes, clippings).
4. Photograph: One high-resolution portrait-style photo.
