Individual Nominees
Must be a Sahuaro High School alumnus (minimum 10 years post-graduation), former or current staff/faculty member, or a volunteer.
Should demonstrate significant contributions to Sahuaro High School and/or local, state, or national communities.
Team Nominees
Must be a Sahuaro High School team recognized for accomplishments at the local, state, or national level.
A completed online application is required before the Board will consider any nomination.
At least two letters of reference must accompany the application.
Supporting materials should be included, such as newspaper or magazine articles, book reviews, or other relevant documentation.
Biographies (for individuals) should highlight contributions to Sahuaro and/or community impact.
Nominees should demonstrate outstanding achievement in one or more of the following:
Achievements: Distinction and recognition in their field or vocation.
Leadership: Demonstrated leadership that has led to notable impact or recognition.
Volunteer/Community Service: Significant contributions through service and commitment to their community.
Arts/Athletics: Exceptional achievement in the arts or athletics at a local or national level.
Continued Commitment to Sahuaro: Ongoing involvement in the life of the school through teaching, coaching, or volunteering.
