A 1976 Sahuaro graduate, Mark was an outstanding football player and wrestler. His senior year Mark was the Flowing Wells tournament champion, Division 1 champion, and Arizona State Champion at 138 lbs. After Sahuaro Mark graduated from the U of A in 1986 and Western Michigan Law School in 1996.
Mark has been a deputy prosecutor for the Pima County Attorney’s Office for 26 years. He has been a trial prosecutor for over 300 cases and tried over 50 homicide trials. Mark has been given the Pima County Attorneys Office Community Service Award for his ongoing commitment and dedication to the citizens of Pima County. His work has been featured on NBC News documentary “In the Jury Room”.
